IMPLEMENTASI KEBIJAKAN KEPALA MADRASAH TETANG KEWAJIBAN MEMBACA AL-QUR'AN DI MIS AL FATAH SINDANG ANOM LAMPUNG TIMUR TAHUN AKADEMIK 2023/2024
Abstract
Abstract: Policy implementation is a dynamic process, where the policy implementer carries out an activity or activities, so that in the end he will get a result that is in accordance with the policy goals and objectives. Leadership is a key factor in creating change in schools. One of the principals' focuses is making policies. Policies in a formal educational institution are very urgent. As is the policy regarding the obligation to read the AL-QUR'AN for students. This policy regarding the obligation to read the QUR'AN aims to create students who are not only intelligent in science but also moral and have good morals. In an effort to pass on moral values through education, a leader according to Arabic is a caliph, which means a person who has been entrusted by Allah SWT to lead nature, in this case humans are tasked with protecting and utilizing the universe created by Allah SWT. Leaders in Islam must love their people and be at the forefront of all affairs. Meanwhile, the people must submit and obey the leader as stated in prayer. An imam must be in front and the people (ma'mum) follow behind, if the imam makes a mistake then the ma'mum has the right to reprimand him according to the procedures or rules of prayer. Providing the Al-Qur'an reading program aims to provide understanding so that students from an early age learn to have faith and be devoted to Allah SWT, learn to understand and appreciate the Al-Qur'an, develop students' abilities in reading the Al-Qur'an. An important thing that also needs to be considered is the child's psychological development. In this research the author used a quantitative approach method. Quantitative methods are research based on the philosophy of positivism, used to research certain populations or samples, collect data using research instruments, analyze quantitative or statistical data, with the aim of testing predetermined hypotheses.
