PENGARUH MEDIA TELEVISI TERHADAP PERKEMBANGAN AKHLAK SISWA KELAS VII MATHLA'UL ANWAR SINDANG SARI LAMPUNG

Abstract

Abstract: This research is entitled "The impact of the development of television media on the morals of students at Mathlaul Anwar sindang Sari  Kab. Gowa.” with a problem formulation, namely: 1) What forms of television media are popular with students at Mathlaul Anwar sindang Sari ; 2) What are the morals of students at Mathlaul Anwar sindang Sari ; 3) Is there an impact of the development of television media on the morals of students at Mathlaul Anwar sindang Sari ? The population is 823 students. Random sampling technique was taken for students in class VIII. The research instruments used to obtain data were observation, questionnaires and interviews. Data management was carried out using simple linear regression analysis. The results of the data analysis concluded that: 1) the score relating to the development of television media for students at Mathlaul Anwar sindang Sari  was 64 with the category disagree. 2) the moral relatance score of students at Mathlaul Anwar sindang Sari , amounted to 52 with the category of disagree. As for the results of the analysis in inferential statistical testing, namely the t test, the hypothesis test results showed that t0 = 16.705 and ttable = 1.662, where t0 (count) > ttable , so
