Abstract

Decision-making played by the head of the madrasah can make the madrasah a form of educational organization that continues to be dynamic in the midst of the digital era so that madrasahs become more flexible even though they have to go through every arduous process in achieving their goals.

This study aims to describe and analyze in depth the leadership of the madrasah principal in the decision making of the madrasah principal at MA Hidayatul Mubtadiin Jati Agung South Lampung. Data collection techniques using observation, documentation and interviews. Data analysis used an interactive model consisting of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Check the validity of the data with the persistence of observations and triangulation methods.

The results showed that: The leadership of the head of MA Hidayatul Mubtadiin Jati Agung, South Lampung Regency in decision making, so far has been going well. This can be seen from the process and stages carried out by the head of the madrasa, namely through deliberation activities by identifying, formulating goals, alternative solutions, determining solution selection criteria, and determining solutions so that they become decisions. The implementation of decision making by the head of the Supreme Court Hidayatul Mubtadiin Jati Agung, South Lampung Regency is carried out through legalization of decisions, socialization and communication, action, supervision
