Implementasi kompetensi guru Al-Qur’an Hadits dalam proses pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar peserta didik kelas VII MTs Roudlotus Sholihin Penengahan Lampung Selatan

Abstrak

This study aims to describe the implementation of Al-Qur’an Hadith teachers’ competencies in the learning process and how these competencies contribute to improving the learning achievement of seventh-grade students at MTs Roudlotus Sholihin Penengahan, South Lampung. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The findings show that the teacher effectively applies pedagogical, professional, personal, and social competencies, which are reflected in well-structured lesson planning, mastery of subject matter, exemplary behavior, and positive communication with students. These competencies contribute to increased student participation, understanding of the material, and academic achievement. The study concludes that the competencies of Al-Qur’an Hadith teachers play a significant role in creating quality learning and enhancing students’ learning outcomes.
