Penanaman Nilai-nilai Akhlakul Karimah Pada Siswa Di MI Junjungan Sayyid Hamim Desa Tanjung Jaya Kecamatan Semendawai Barat Kabupaten OKU Timur

Abstrak

Abstract This research is qualitative research with a descriptive type of research. The research subjects were school principals and teachers. The object of this research is the condition of morals at MI Junjungan Sayyid Hamim, Tanjung Jaya Village, West Semendawai District, the inhibiting and supporting factors for instilling moral values ​​in students. In this research, the data collection carried out was 1.) observation 2.) interviews 3.) documentation study. The instrument in this research is the researcher using tools: 1.) observation sheet 2.) interview sheet 3.) documentation study sheet. Data analysis uses data reduction, display and drawing conclusions. Test the validity of the data using source triangulation and technical triangulation as well as peer discussion. The results of this research show: the condition of morals and morality at MI Junjungan Sayyid Hamim, Tanjung Jaya Village, West Semendawai District  is said to be quite good. Inhibiting and supporting factors for instilling akhlakul karimah values ​​in students at MI Junjungan Sayyid Hamim, Tanjung Jaya Village, West Semendawai District, the results of the research stated that there were 3 inhibiting factors including: a.) The student's environment b.) differences in character among students c.) Teacher strategy choices. There are 2 supporting factors, including: a.) the solidarity of fellow teachers, b.) the strong intentions of teachers and students. The strategies and efforts to instill akhlakul karimah values ​​in students through madrasa culture that can be carried out by related parties such as the Principal, Teachers, Deputy Head of Student Affairs, and Picket Teachers include: 1). Teachers develop student behavior patterns. 2) There are rules and warnings 3) There are picket teachers. 4) Student motivation. 5) There are Rules and Regulations. 6) Collaboration with all schools, families and communities. 7) Get students used to practicing madrasa culture well.
