Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the Question and Answer method in teaching English grammar to eighth-grade students at SMP-IT Al-Jumhuriyah. The research employed a quantitative experimental design. Data were collected through pre-tests and post-tests to measure students’ improvement in grammar understanding after implementing the Question and Answer method.

The findings indicate that the Question and Answer method is effective in enhancing students’ grammar comprehension, increasing active participation, and building confidence in using English. The method also encourages interactive learning, allowing students to clarify doubts immediately and engage more actively in classroom activities.
