HUBUNGAN ANTARA KOMPETENSI GURU DENGAN PRESTASI BELAJAR PESERTA DIDIK MATA PELAJARAN AL-QUR’AN HADITS

The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of the relationship between teacher competence and student learning achievement. This study uses descriptive analysis methods and correlational methods with field research types and is supported by references related to the theme discussed (library research). Data collection techniques include questionnaires, interviews, and documentation studies. The data analysis technique used in this study uses the product moment technique. The results of the data processing obtained are then classified and processed to produce final data with Rxy of 0.5078, which means that there is a relationship between teacher competence and student learning achievement, although the positive relationship is only at a moderate or sufficient level. Thus, it can be concluded that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted and the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected, this implies that teacher competence is related to student learning achievement in the Al-Qur'an Hadith subject, although only at a moderate or sufficient level.
