PENGARUH GURU BIMBINGAN KONSELING DALAM MEMBINA AKHLAK SISWA DI MTS HIDAYATUL MUBTADIIN KECAMATAN JATI AGUNG KABUPATEN LAMPUNG SELATAN TAHUN PELAJARAN 2024/2025

This study aims to determine the influence of the role of guidance and counseling (BK) teachers in fostering students' morals at MTs Hidayatul Mubtadiin, Jati Agung District, South Lampung Regency in the 2024/2025 Academic Year. Fostering students' morals is an important aspect in education, especially at the junior high school level, where students are in a transition period that is vulnerable to environmental influences. BK teachers have a strategic responsibility in guiding students to have good attitudes, behaviors, and characters in accordance with religious values and social norms. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires and documentation, then analyzed statistically. The results of the study showed that there was a positive and significant influence between the role of BK teachers and fostering students' morals. BK teachers who actively provide individual counseling services, group guidance, and preventive and curative approaches have been proven to be able to shape better student morals. This study suggests that the role of BK teachers continues to be improved through training and cooperation with all school parties to create an environment that supports moral development
