PENGARUH PENDIDIKAN NILAI BERBASIS ISLAM TERHADAP PEMBENTUKAN AKHLAK SISWA DI MADRASAH IBTIDAIYAH NURUL ULUM 1 TAHUN AJARAN 2024/2025

This research aims to determine the influence of Islamic value-based education on the formation of student character at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nurul Ulum 1 in the 2024/2025 Academic Year. The background of the study is based on the importance of value education in shaping students' character and morality amidst the challenges of the modern era. This study employed a quantitative approach using a correlational research design. The sample consisted of 60 fifth- and sixth-grade students selected through purposive sampling. The instruments used were questionnaires and observation sheets to measure the implementation of Islamic value education and students' moral behavior. The data analysis showed a strong positive correlation between Islamic value-based education and students' moral development, with a correlation coefficient of 0.72. This indicates that the better the implementation of Islamic values education, the better the students' character development. Supporting factors include the role of teachers as role models, a conducive school environment, and support from families. This research recommends that madrasahs continuously improve the quality of value education and strengthen collaboration with parents to create sustainable synergy in students’ moral formation.
