Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Two Stay Two Stray (Ts-Ts) Terhadap Hasil Belajar SKI Kelas III Di MIN 6 Bandar Lampung

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to investigate the effect of implementing the Two Stay Two Stray (TS-TS) learning model on student learning outcomes in Class III Science subjects at MIN 6 Bandar Lampung. The research method used was quasi-experimental with a pretest-posttest control group design. The sample for this research was two randomly selected classes, one class as an experimental group that received treatment with the TS-TS learning model, and one class as a control group that received conventional learning. The instrument used to collect data is a test of student learning outcomes which is prepared based on basic competencies in science subjects. Data analysis was carried out using a t-test (paired t-test) to compare the pretest and posttest results in the experimental group and the control group, as well as an independent t-test to compare the posttest results between the two groups.

The results showed that there was a significant difference between student learning outcomes before and after treatment in the experimental group (p < 0.05), as well as a significant difference between student learning outcomes in the experimental group and the control group after treatment (p < 0.05). This shows that the application of the TS-TS learning model has a positive effect on improving student learning outcomes in Class III Science subjects at MIN 6 Bandar Lampung. The implication of this research is that the TS-TS learning model can be an effective alternative in improving student learning outcomes, especially in the context of science learning in elementary schools. It is recommended that teachers and educational policy makers consider using this learning model in an effort to improve the quality of learning in schools. Future research can explore other factors that influence the effectiveness of the TS-TS learning model and examine its influence over a longer period of time.
