The agricultural sector is the main source of livelihood for people in Pesawaran Regency, one of which is the community in Negeri Katon Village. Many people in Negeri Katon Village are looking for other jobs, namely to work as tapis cloth craftsmen. the people of Desa Negeri Katon Village were actively working in tapis cloth UMKM, over time, tapis cloth UMKM experienced an increase in production and capital assistance. However, the wage system did not increase. Thus, many people in Negeri Katon Village no longer work as wage laborers with other people and choose to produce individually but remain members of the tapis cloth UMKM in Negeri Katon Village, Pesawaran Regency. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether there is an influence of wages in Islamic Economics on the absorption of labor in the Tapis Cloth Craft Industry UMKM in Negeri Katon Village, Pesawaran Regency? And is there an influence of production in Islamic Economics on the absorption of labor in the Tapis Cloth Craft Industry UMKM in Negeri Katon Village, Pesawaran Regency? The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an influence of wages in Islamic Economics on the absorption of labor in the UMKM tapis cloth craft industry in Negeri Katon Village, Pesawaran Regency and to determine whether there is an influence of production in Islamic Economics on the absorption of labor in the UMKM tapis cloth craft industry in Negeri Katon Village, Pesawaran Regency
