ANALISIS EFEKTIVITAS PROGRAM ALOKASI DANA DESA PADA PEMBERDAYAAN EKONOMI PERSPEKTIF EKONOMI ISLAM STUDI PADA KECAMATAN SUMBEREJO KABUPATEN TANGGAMUS

Abstrak

The village fund allocation program is one of the government’s strategies to promote development and economic empowerment in rural communities. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the village fund allocation program in empowering the local economy in Sumberejo District, Tanggamus Regency, from the perspective of Islamic economics. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection techniques including observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. The findings indicate that the program has had a positive impact on improving the economic capacity of the community, particularly through micro-enterprise activities, skills training, and the strengthening of village economic institutions. However, the program's implementation still faces various challenges, such as limited community participation, suboptimal transparency, and the weak integration of Islamic values in the planning and implementation processes. From the perspective of Islamic economics, the program is considered effective if it fulfills the principles of distributive justice, sustainable empowerment, and does not create social inequality. Therefore, a participatory, transparent, and sharia-based governance system—grounded in the principles of amanah (trust), maslahah (public benefit), and justice—is necessary to ensure equitable and blessed economic empowerment for all layers of the village community.
