PERANAN PROGAM PENGEMBANGAN USAHA AGRIBISNIS PEDESAAN (PUAP) TERHADAP PENURUNAN KEMISKINAN PERSPEKTIF EKONOMI ISLAM

Abstrak

The PUAP program makes quite a good contribution in encouraging progress

farming business at Gapoktan "Karunia". This is proven by the increase in income of farmer groups. Apart from that, the ease of obtaining capital and obtaining free agricultural equipment facilities is felt to be very helpful for agricultural businesses. Savings and loan activities at Gapoktan "Karunia" have not been carried out optimally. However, the aim of this research is to analyze the role of the Rural Agribusiness Development Program (PUAP) on the welfare of farmers in the village. In this research, the author chose the type of field research, namely research that "focuses attention on a case intensively and in detail. Qualitative research is a type of research that seeks to develop concepts, theoretical understanding and field conditions and takes the form of descriptions. The research results show that the implementation of the Agribusiness Development program in the Village is good because the distribution process to farmers is in accordance with procedures so that farmers can use it as capital to develop farming businesses. The level of welfare of farmers in the village as a whole is still low. The role of the Rural Agribusiness Development Program (PUAP) on the welfare of farmers in the Village has not been maximized in terms of targets, techniques and objectives.
