PENGARUH MODAL DAN UPAH TERHADAP PENYERAPAN TENAGA KERJA DALAM PERSPEKTIF EKONOMI ISLAM (STUDI PADA PERUSAHAAN PROPERTI DI BANDAR LAMPUNG)

Abstract

Capital is a set  of money or goods that  are used as  a  basisfor  carrying  out  a  job  where  if  the  greater  the capital  invested  will  increase  the  use  of  labor,  and  if  the capital increases, the profit will increase, so the company will  maximize  profits  by  increasing  the  number  ofsales with a large amount of capital.Labor is one of the factors of  production,  if  there  is  no  labor  then  production  is  not biased  to  run  smoothly.  The  formulation  of  the  problem in  this  study  is  whether  capital  and  wages  affect  the absorption  of labor  in  property  companies  in  Bandar LampungCity partially, whether capital and wages affect the  absorption  of  labor  in  property  companies  in  Bandar Lampung City simultaneously, how the Islamic economic view  of  capital  and  wages  in  property  companies  in Bandar Lampung  City.  This  study  aims  to  determine  the effect   of    capital   on   labor   absorption   in   property companies  in  Bandar  Lampung  City  and  the  effect  of wages  on  labor  absorption  in  property  companies  in Bandar  Lampung  City.  Overall,  the  results  of  multiple linear  regression  analysis  and  hypothesistests  can  be concluded  that  simultaneously  it  can  be  concluded  that independent  variables  including  capital  (X1)  and  wages (X2)  simultaneously  and  significantly  affect  the  labor dependent variable (Y) namely F count =3.837 > F table =  3.34  and  sig  of  0.034  <  0.05.  Partially  it  can  be concluded that the variable X1 (capital) has a contribution to  Y  (employment)  of  2.712  with  a  sig  of  0.011  <  0.05 and has a calculated T of 2.712 and T table = 2.052. The variable X2    (wages)    has    no    contribution    to    Y (employment)  because  it  has  a  calculated  T  value  of -0.407 with a sig of 0.687 > 0.05 and a T count of < T of the table.
