ANALISIS PEMBERIAN KOMPENSASI DALAM MENINGKATKAN KINERJA GURU MENURUT PERSPEKTIF ISLAM

This study aims to analyze the provision of compensation in improving teacher performance through an Islamic perspective. This study uses a qualitative research design. The study was conducted at SMP N 2 Sidomulyo. The sample used was 38 people. The results of the study obtained that 1) Compensation is all income in the form of money, direct and indirect goods received by employees as compensation for services provided to the company. At SMP N 2 Sidomulyo, the provision of compensation can be said to be effective in improving employee and educator performance. Educators feel responsible for their work and are motivated by the applicable compensation; 2) SMP N 2 Sidomulyo is in accordance with the Islamic Economic Perspective in providing compensation, namely in the example of Islam viewing a worker as part of our family who must be treated properly and needs to be appreciated even though they are only ordinary employees, providing adequate compensation for employees is an important component in the sustainability of management. SMP N 2 Sidomulyo will try again to create a fair management system in accordance with performance and meet the basic needs of its employees. Based on this, it can be concluded that compensation can be said to be effective in improving employee and educator performance
