Abstract
This study aims to analyze the impact of tourism development on the socio-economic aspects of the community at the Kelapa Rapat Tourism Park, Batu Menyan Village, Teluk Pandan District, Pesawaran Regency. In recent decades, the tourism sector has become a major driver of economic growth, including in this area. This research employs a qualitative method with a case study approach, involving in-depth interviews and field observations. The results indicate that tourism development has increased local residents' income, created new job opportunities, and triggered social changes. However, negative impacts have also emerged, such as increased living costs and cultural shifts. These findings are expected to provide recommendations for sustainable tourism development focused on community welfare.
