IMPLEMENTASI PEMBIAYAAN MITRA USAHA DALAM MENINGKATKAN PENDAPATAN USAHA ANGGOTA (STUDY KASUS PADA KOPRASI SYARIAH SEHATI BANDAR LAMPUNG 2024-2025)

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Mitra Usaha (Business Partner) financing provided by Koperasi Syariah Sehati Bandar Lampung and its impact on increasing the business income of its members in the year 2024–2025. Mitra Usaha financing is a form of sharia-based financing intended to support the development of micro and small enterprises owned by cooperative members. This research employs a qualitative approach using a case study method, through direct observation, in-depth interviews with cooperative management and financing recipients, as well as documentation. The results of the study show that the implementation of Mitra Usaha financing is carried out based on Islamic principles using murabahah and mudharabah contracts, tailored to the type of business run by the members. This financing has proven to have a positive impact on increasing working capital, business development, and gradually improving members' income. In addition, the cooperative also provides business mentoring as part of its social and spiritual responsibility to its members. From an Islamic economic perspective, this financing program aligns with the principles of justice (adl), mutual assistance (ta’awun), and community economic empowerment. Therefore, the Mitra Usaha financing at Koperasi Syariah Sehati serves not only as a financial instrument but also as a means of sustainable economic transformation based on Islamic values.
