PENGARUH MODAL TERHADAP PENYERAPAN TENAGA KERJA DALAM PERSPEKTIF EKONOMI ISLAM (STUDI PADA PERUSAHAAN PROPERTI DI SIDOMULYO)
Keywords:
Capital, Labor Absorption, Islamic Economics, Property CompaniesAbstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of capital on labor absorption from the perspective of Islamic economics, with a case study of property companies in Sidomulyo District. In Islamic economics, capital is not only viewed as a means of production but also as a trust (amānah) that must be managed fairly and productively for the common good (maslahah). This research employs a quantitative approach using simple regression analysis to determine the relationship between the amount of capital owned by a company and the number of workers employed. Data were obtained through observations and interviews with owners and managers of several local property companies. The results show a positive and significant influence of capital on labor absorption, indicating that an increase in capital tends to be followed by an increase in the number of workers recruited. This finding aligns with Islamic economic principles that emphasize wealth distribution and social justice through job creation. Therefore, it is recommended that business actors strengthen their capital structure while adhering to sharia values in order to promote inclusive and equitable economic growth.
