Abstract

much loved by the public, especially in Lampung Province.

Problems in terms of wages, especially for CV employees.

Jaya Bakery is not enough, this is because there is not enough for daily needs. However, in carrying out CV business activities. Jaya Bakery, the company improves the performance of its employees to work optimally. Some of these activities include: providing training, providing wages, giving awards and so on etc. This research aims to find out how wages influence labor absorption and to find out what the influence is wages for workers to increase family welfare CV Jaya Bakery in an Islamic Economic Perspective. This research using a quantitative approach with regression analysis. The results of this research show that there is an influence positive and significant relationship between wages and labor absorption, according to an Islamic economic perspective all employees have followed the values ​​in accordance with Islamic teachings.
