Analisis Pemberian Kompensasi Dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Guru Menurut Perspektif Ekonomi Islam ( Studi pada Sekolah Menengah Pertama Taman Siswa Teluk Betung)

Abstract

Compensation is used as a performance benchmark the goal of getting quality employees, retaining employees and make a good contribution to the organization. The aim of the research is to find out internal compensation improve the performance given to teachers at Taman Siswa Teluk Middle School Betung, to find out the Islamic Economics view regarding giving compensation to teachers at Taman Siswa Teluk Betung Middle School, Bandar City Lampung and to determine the effect of providing compensation on

teacher performance at Taman Siswa Teluk Betung Middle School. This research uses qualitative methods, in its population as many as 38 employees at Taman Sisiwa Teluk Betung Middle School, sample determination referring to the theory put forward by Suharsimi Arikunto, data was obtained from the results of observations, interviews and direct documentation with respondents, then analyzed using qualitative methods for the purpose of knowing Providing Compensation to Improve Teacher Performance According to Perspective Islamic economics. The research results show that compensation increases Teacher performance can be said to be effective. influences include; Teachers communicate well, more responsible with their work, teachers are more disciplined in carrying out their duties, for better attendance.
