PENGARUH UKURAN PERUSAHAAN DAN LEVERAGE TERHADAP PENGAMBILAN KEPUTUSAN INVESTOR
Abstract
Decision making is an approach to the nature of a problem, gathering facts and data, carefully determining the alternatives faced and taking action which according to calculations is the most appropriate action. The aim of this research is to see the influence of company size and leverage on investor decision making. This type of research is quantitative research. The sample population in this study was 81 companies in the trade, service and investment sectors. The dependent variable in this research is investor decision making, while the independent variable in this research is the company. The technique used in this research is purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used is regression analysis using SPSS 20 and using the classical assumption model as the data analysis model. The results of this research show that company size does not have a significant effect on investor decision making. This is based on a significance value of 0.475 > 0.05. Meanwhile, the leverage variable influences investor decision making based on test results with a significant value of 0.039 < 0.05. So it can be concluded that the leverage variable has a partial negative effect. The results of the t statistical test (t-test) can be seen in the coefficients table in the SPSS output results. If the significance value is smaller than 0.05, it means that the independent variable (X) partially influences the dependent variable (Y).
