Abstract

To carry out their duties in educating students, teachers must have adequate competence. Teachers who have good competence are of course also better able to carry out learning well, especially in pedagogic competence in carrying out learning. There are still problems related to teacher teaching achievement. Teachers still have low learning pedagogic competence. Clinical supervision is the answer to overcome teacher problems in learning. Clinical supervision is a focus in education because supervision activities are intended to improve teaching and learning situations in the classroom. The main goal is to help teachers to grow personally and professionally, and to learn to solve the problems they face on their own.
