Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the professional competence of Islamic Religious Education teachers in the learning process at MIM Lubuk Banjar, Lubuk Raja District, Ogan Komering Ulu District. This research is included in the type of field research (field research) which is qualitative in nature, in terms of the method and level of discussion, this research is classified as descriptive research. Data collection techniques in this study used the observation method, interview method and documentation method. Presentation of data in this study is data collection, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the professional competence of class teachers in the learning process at MIM Lubuk Banjar can be concluded that all professional competencies have been able to be carried out optimally from the five indicators of professional competency competencies that have been successfully carried out properly and the maximum is the use of learning media/technology results research shows that Classroom Teachers at MIM Lubuk Banjar are very good at using learning media/technology starting from slides, books, type-recorders, cassettes, laptops, films and LCD projectors all used properly and systematically according to the material to be delivered .
