MENEJEMEN PEMBIAYAAN PENDIDIKAN DI SMK KESEHATAN JAYA DHARMA
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to find out more clearly the financing system at Jaya Dharma Health Vocational School. This research uses a qualitative approach in which this approach is devoted to exploring ideas or ideas from school or madrasa principals, school treasurers, then interpreted with existing theory. The results of the study show that the financing system at Jaya Dharma Health Vocational School is through cross-subsidies with students who are less well off and students who can afford it are different. This is caused to cover the shortage of financing so that financing remains stable. School funding apart from school BOS funds also includes community contributions or SPPs. The use of the school budget includes eight education standards, namely: (1) content standards, (2) graduate competency standards, (3) process standards, (4) educator and education staff standards, (5) management standards, (6) infrastructure standards, (7) financing standard and (8) valuation standard.
