KOMPETENSI PEDAGOGIK DAN PROFESIONALISME GURU AL QURAN HADIS DALAM MENGATASI KESULITAN BELAJAR PESERTA DIDIK

Abstract

This research aims to determine the role of pedagogical competence and professionalism of Al Quran Hadith teachers in overcoming students' learning difficulties at MTs Al Azhaar Ummu Suwanah , Central Lampung. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. Data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews with Al-Qur'an Hadith teachers, classroom observations, and document analysis. The research results show that this research reveals the significant role of pedagogical competence and professionalism of Al Quran Hadith teachers in overcoming students' learning difficulties at MTs Al Azhaar Ummu Suwanah , Central Lampung. These teachers demonstrate high ability in identifying and responding to various types of student learning difficulties by using various creative and innovative learning strategies. Through a differentiated and responsive approach, they succeed in creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment, where students feel heard, valued and motivated to learn. Apart from that, the professionalism of these teachers plays an important role in strengthening their interactions with students, parents and other school staff. Through open communication, collaborative cooperation, and consistent support, they have succeeded in creating a strong support network in the school environment and at home, thereby contributing to increased student motivation and academic achievement. In conclusion, this research confirms that the pedagogical competence and professionalism of Al Quran Hadith teachers are very important in improving the quality of Islamic learning at MTs Al Azhaar Ummu Suwanah , Central Lampung. Through coaching and developing these competencies and attitudes, it is hoped that Al-Quran Hadith teachers can continue to be agents of positive change in producing a generation that is knowledgeable, has noble character, and is ready to face the complex challenges of the modern era. world
