Abstract

This exploration aims to assess the implementation of Islamic training for executives in working on student discipline in Islamic life experience schools. This examination involves a clear strategy with information gathering procedures such as perceptions, meetings and documentation studies. The respondents in this test were students and teaching staff at one of the Islamic Living Experience schools. The results of the exploration show that the implementation of Islamic education by Islamic boarding school administrators has provided a positive commitment to improving student discipline. Preparing successful educational projects, clear educational targets, choosing appropriate learning strategies, assessing student learning outcomes and implementation, as well as training and guidance are key elements in the implementation of Islamic teaching for executives at A Nashar Islamic Live-in School. However, there are still several obstacles in implementing Islamic training for executives in Islamic boarding schools, for example the lack of adequate offices and foundations, lack of access to reference books, and the absence of values ​​educators. Therefore, it is hoped that further efforts can be made regarding the nature of implementing Islamic education for executives in Islamic boarding schools, such as further developing offices and frameworks, working on the nature of educators, and expanding the acceptance of reference books for students.
