Abstract

The reason for this study is to make sense of the central's administration system in further developing educator execution at SMAN 1 Kalianda , referencing the impediments to the primary's authority procedure in further developing instructor execution at SMAN 1 Kalianda . depicts how to defeat the imperatives of the main's authority system in further developing educator execution at SMAN 1 Kalianda .
