STRATEGI REKRUTMEN DAN SELEKSI TENAGA PENDIDIK TERHADAP KUALITAS PENDIDIKAN DI SMA ISIAM FATHAN DAIMAN MENDALA

This research aims to find out: (1) Analyze planning for recruitment and selection of teaching staff to improve the quality of education at SMA Isiam Fathan Daiman Mendala. (2) Describe the recruitment and selection strategy for teaching staff to improve the quality of education at SMA Isiam Fathan Daiman Mendala. (3) Analyzing the evaluation process for implementing recruitment and selection for teaching staff in improving the quality of education at SMA Isiam Fathan Daiman Mendala. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The data obtained in this research was obtained directly. By conducting interviews with related parties to obtain data related to the recruitment and selection strategy for teaching staff to improve the quality of education at SMA Isiam Fathan Daiman Mendala. The results of this research show that: 1) The process of recruitment activities at SMA Isiam Fathan Daiman Mendala is through the deputy coordinator for teacher and personnel affairs by opening job vacancies or prospective teaching staff through the mobile phone system in the sense of directly notifying senior teachers to prepare teaching staff new according to the needs of the subjects to be taught. 2) The process of implementing the recruitment strategy includes written tests, yellow book reading tests, human skills tests, Al-Qur'an reading tests, according to procedures prepared by the teacher training team. The recruitment strategy process at SMA Isiam Fathan Daiman Mendala prioritizes the main objective, namely selecting qualified teaching staff, with integrity and an understanding of Ahlu Sunnah wal Jama'ah. 3) The evaluation process for the implementation of recruitment activities at SMA Isiam Fathan Daiman Mendala found no obstacles, everything went systematically and was well structured.
