IMPLEMENTASI MANAJEMEN BERBASIS MADRASAH DI MADRASAH IBTIDAIYAH IKHLASIYAH KERTAPATI PALEMBANG SUMATERA SELATAN TAHUN PELAJARAN 2023/2024

Abstract

Madrasah-Based Management is an innovative and strategic concept in educational management in order to improve the quality of education because with this Madrasah-Based Management concept, madrasas are expected to be able to manage their institutions autonomously, transparently and participatively. Madrasah-Based Management aims to empower madrasahs, especially their human resources (madrasah heads, teachers, employees, students, parents of students and the surrounding community), through providing authority, flexibility and other resources to solve problems faced by madrasahs. Based on the background above, the problem can be formulated as follows: 1) What is the leadership of the madrasa head at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Ikhlasiyah? 2) How is the curriculum and teaching program managed at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Ikhlasiyah? 3) How is the management of educational staff at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Ikhlasiyah? 4) How is student management at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Ikhlasiyah? 5) How is financial management and financing at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Ikhlasiyah? 6) How is the management of educational facilities and infrastructure at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Ikhlasiyah? 7) How is the management of madrasah and community relations at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Ikhlasiyah? 8) How is the management of special services at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Ikhlasiyah?

This type of research is qualitative research. The approach used is an educational science and educational management approach, namely madrasa-based management. The data collection techniques in this thesis are observation, interviews and documentation with data analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. This research was carried out at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Ikhlasiyah in 2023. Based on the presentation of data and discussion in this thesis, the author can conclude that the implementation of Madrasah-Based Management at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Ikhlasiyah has been implemented in components which include: leadership of the madrasa head, curriculum management and teaching programs , management of educational personnel, student management, financial and financing management, Management of Educational Facilities and Infrastructure, Management of Madrasah and Community Relations, Management of Special Services at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Ikhlasiyah.
