Abstract

This research aims to identify and analyze strategies for developing a learning organization based on Islamic values at the Tahfidz Mutiara Darul Qur’an Islamic Boarding School, West Bandung. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews and document study. The research results show that Islamic boarding schools have succeeded in integrating Islamic values in the curriculum, using technology in learning, training teaching staff, encouraging active participation of students in religious activities, and establishing partnerships with the community. The implications of this research are the need to strengthen the use of technology in learning, improve the quality of teaching staff, strengthen the role of students in religious activities, and optimize partnerships with the community to support the development of learning organizations based on Islamic values in Islamic boarding schools.
