Researchers formulate a research focus of service quality management education, This study used a qualitative approach with case study. The data used is the Senior Supervisory Oki, Principal School Karya Oki, Vice Principal, Teachers, Staff Administration, conducted school program documents related to the quality management of educational services. Researchers collected data by using observation, interview and documentation. The results of the analysis yielded the following findings: (1) Service performed in high school Karya Oki consists of service learning and coaching students and teachers and administrative staff, (2) Planning quality of education services including both categories by involving related parties: the principal, the teachers, administrative staff, (3) Control of service quality of education carried out before, during and after the plan was implemented in the form of monitoring, (4) Improved quality of service studies conducted through the identification and continuous process improvement method, forming a team assigned to conduct repairs and the provision of resources and training
