This research aims to determine the influence of the leadership of the madrasa head and the management of the madrasa head on teacher performance at Learning Achievement. The research approach uses a quantitative approach. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The assumption tests carried out are normality and linearity tests. Test the hypothesis using simple regression analysis. The results of this research conclude that: the leadership of the madrasah head has a significant effect on the performance of Madrasah teachers at as indicated by the F count of 0,52 > 4,20 with a significance of 0.577 > 0.420 and the magnitude of the influence of the headmaster's leadership on teacher performance is 18%.
