Interpersonal Communication Patterns of Madrasah Heads Case Study Communication Patterns between Madrasah Heads and Teachers at MTs Miftahul HudaTasik Serai, Talang Muandau Bengkalis District, education personnel resource management has been implemented, but the quality of Islamic religious education services has not yet improved. For this reason, the author tried to research "Interpersonal Communication Patterns of Madrasah Heads. Case Study of Communication Patterns between Madrasah Heads and Teachers at MTs Miftahul HudaTasik Serai, Talang Muandau Bengkalis District". The research method used was qualitative, with the data sources: madrasa heads, Islamic religious education teachers and students. Data collection techniques: participant observation, interviews and documentation. After the data is collected, data reduction, data presentation and data verification are carried out. The results of this research are: Interpersonal Communication Patterns of Madrasah Heads. Case Study Communication Patterns between Madrasah Heads and Teachers at MTs Miftahul HudaTasik Serai, Talang Muandau Bengkalis District, namely the management of educational staff resources has been implemented both at the planning, coaching and development, assessment and compensation stages. Implementation of education personnel resource management such as: planning teachers who teach according to their educational background, minimum Bachelor's Degree, skilled in using learning methods and media, developing teacher competence by involving teachers in upgrading and seminars, motivation to continue education, giving awards to outstanding teachers and sanctions for teachers who lack discipline and whose performance is not good, involving teachers in every madrasa development, accepting and developing teachers' ideas and potential, carrying out direct supervision activities on the activities of their teachers, directly following up on teacher performance assessment results, giving awards and attention to honorary teachers. Research conclusion: implementation of education personnel resource management can improve the quality of Islamic religious education services for students in Interpersonal Communication Patterns of Madrasah Heads. Case Study of Communication Patterns between Madrasah Heads and Teachers at MTs Miftahul HudaTasik Serai, Talang Muandau Bengkalis District.
