MANAJEMEN REKRUTMEN PESERTA DIDIK DI SEKOLAH TAHFIZH TINGKAT DASAR
Abstract
The aim of this research is to determine the management of student recruitment at STTD Tajul Waqor Bengkulu which includes planning, organizing, implementing and supervising. This research is a descriptive qualitative case study type research conducted at STTD Tajul Waqor Bengkulu. The research subjects were the principal, deputy principal, administrative staff, treasurer, student affairs, and some teachers. Data collection techniques are through observation, interviews and documentation studies. This research data analysis uses Miles and Huberman which consists of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions/verification. The results of this research show that in an effort to recruit students, STTD Tajul Waqor Bengkulu carries out management consisting of planning, organizing, implementing and supervising. Planning is carried out in deliberative meetings to discuss the number and criteria for student acceptance, requirements, registration procedures, place and time for registration, materials and tools, contents of brochures and banners, as well as budget and strategy. Organizing is done by determining the tasks and implementing committee. Implementation is carried out in accordance with what has been planned and organized based on the principles of student recruitment and management principles. Supervision is carried out through intense and continuous evaluation and reporting by fulfilling the elements of supervision
