TINJAUAN TERHADAP PELAKSANAAN MANAJEMEN SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA DALAM MENINGKATKAN MUTU PENDIDIKAN
Abstract
This research aims to find out and explain: management planning, recruitment, selection and placement, training and development, evaluation, compensation and supervision of human resources at SDQTA Cileungsi, Bogor Regency.The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The analysis used data reduction, display and data verification. The results of the research are: the existing managerial system is not centered on the principal alone, but is assisted by several people appointed as the management team. More details about the results of the research are: (1) The HR planning system is implemented by analyzing all activities or work load carried out must be carried out by all school components. (2) Withdrawal and selection of GTT and PTT candidates is carried out in accordance with based on considerations of academic, non-academic achievement and good morals. (3) The training and human resource development that is carried out still tends to be based on measuring the success and failure of training in terms of implementation, rather than being oriented towards whether the training carried out is effectively able to change behavior and performance. participants towards organizational goals. (5) Providing compensation using an honorarium system can be said to be fair, but in terms of eligibility, is it appropriate to meet minimum standards (UMR).
