UPAYA KEPALA SEKOLAH DALAM MENINGKATKAN MUTU KEGIATAN BELAJAR MENGAJAR DI UPTD SDN 4 MARGAJAYA KECAMATAN METRO KIBANG KABUPATEN LAMPUNG TIMUR

Abstract

This research aims to examine the school principal's efforts to improve the quality of teaching and learning activities at UPTD SDN 4 Margajaya and its impact on student learning achievement. The research method used is qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and document analysis. The research results show that the principal at UPTD SDN 4 Margajaya has made various efforts to improve the quality of teaching and learning activities, such as developing superior programs, motivating teachers and students, as well as fostering collaboration with various related parties. The impact of this effort can be seen from increasing students' average scores, increasing interest in learning, and increasing student discipline. However, there are still challenges such as lack of support from parents and limited resources. Cooperation and support from all relevant parties is needed so that efforts to improve the quality of teaching and learning activities can be sustainable and provide maximum benefits for education at this school.
