IMPLEMENTASI PERENCANAAN STRATEGIS DALAM MENINGKATKAN MUTU PENDIDIK DI SMPIT FAJAR ILAHI BATAM

Abstract

This research aims to examine the implementation of strategic planning in improving the quality of educators at SMPIT Fajar Divine Batam. Using a qualitative approach, data was collected through analysis of strategic planning documents, interviews with related parties, and direct observation of the implementation of planned strategies. The research results show that strategic planning at SMPIT Fajar Divine Batam is implemented through structured and measurable steps. Visionary leadership, active stakeholder participation, adequate resources, effective communication, and human resource development are key factors in the successful implementation of strategic planning. The implementation of strategic planning has had a positive impact, including increasing the qualifications and performance of educators, high motivation and morale, as well as increasing student achievement. However, there are still several obstacles that need to be overcome, such as limited resources and resistance to change. Therefore, greater efforts and synergy between all related parties are needed to continue to improve the quality of educators at SMPIT Fajar Divine Batam.
