Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the implementation of character education management at SDI-KT Robbi Rodhiya Bandar Lampung in developing students' positive interests, attitudes and behavior. The research method used is a case study with a qualitative approach. Data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation studies. The research results show that SDI-KT Robbi Rodhiya Bandar Lampung has succeeded in identifying, establishing and integrating character values ​​in the school curriculum. Teachers and school staff have received training and guidance on how to integrate character education in learning and daily school activities. The use of relevant learning methods and the creation of a supportive school environment has also helped in developing students' interests, attitudes and positive behavior. The implication of this research is the importance of continuing to increase efforts in developing student character through a relevant curriculum, innovative learning methods, quality training and coaching, and a supportive school environment.
