MUTU LAYANAN PENDIDIKAN DI SMK TRISAKTI BATURAJA KECAMATAN BATURAJA TIMUR OKI

Abstract

This research aims to examine the condition of the quality of educational services at Trisakti Baturaja Vocational School, East Baturaja District, OKI, as well as the factors that influence the quality of these educational services. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation and documentation studies. The research results show that Trisakti Baturaja Vocational School has made various efforts to improve the quality of educational services, such as improving the quality of teaching staff, curriculum development, use of technology in learning, collaboration with industry, and parental involvement. However, there are several challenges that need to be overcome, such as limited resources and changes in the world of work. Therefore, continuous efforts and synergy between various parties are needed to improve the quality of educational services at Trisakti Baturaja Vocational School. With continuous evaluation and targeted improvements, it is hoped that Trisakti Baturaja Vocational School can continue to improve the quality of educational services and produce a young generation who are ready to enter the world of work.
