Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the impact of the Full Day School (FDS) system on students' academic and non-academic achievements at MTs Nurul Falah Kuta Panda. Mixed-methods research is used by combining quantitative and qualitative approaches. Data was collected through academic achievement tests, questionnaires for students, teachers and parents, as well as interviews with students and teachers.

The research results show a significant increase in student academic achievement after implementing the FDS system. The average student test score increased statistically significantly (p < 0.05) from before. Additionally, there was an increase in student non-academic achievement, with students reporting more active participation in extracurricular and other non-academic activities.

Positive responses were also given by students, teachers and parents to the FDS system. They recognize that this system provides opportunities for students to develop their non-academic skills, increase independence, and experience the benefits of more holistic learning.

Thus, it can be concluded that the implementation of the Full Day School (FDS) system at MTs Nurul Falah Kuta Panda has a significant positive impact on students' academic and non-academic achievements. The FDS system provides opportunities for students to develop holistically, broaden their horizons, and increase their potential in various fields.
