Abstract

The success of an educational institution is influenced by the performance of its human resources. Organizational Theories and Concepts are able to provide direction for every organization in the field of education and also members of the organization to achieve their vision and mission. The purpose of this study is to explore the influence of organizational theories and concepts on school organizational culture at various levels of education, from elementary school to college. The research method used is a literature review using secondary data from previous research, sourced from books, articles, and journals published in the last 10 years. The author explains the theory and concept of organizational culture and elaborates research on its impact on the performance of educators. By understanding the influence of positive organizational culture on the performance of educators, educational institutions can take strategic steps to improve the quality of teaching and academic achievement by applying the right organizational concepts.
