There is a need for classroom management because students' behavior and actions always change from day to day. Students can study calmly today but not necessarily the next day. Teachers are required to be able to create and maintain optimal learning conditions and neutralize situations if disturbances occur in the classroom during the teaching and learning process. This research aims to describe teachers' abilities in carrying out classroom management in thematic learning, as well as supporting and inhibiting factors for classroom management. This research uses qualitative research methods with a case study type. Data collection techniques use interview, observation, documentation and questionnaire techniques. Data analysis techniques are carried out by means of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. Data validity by carrying out credibility tests, transferability tests, dependability tests, and confirmability tests. The results of the research show that the class teachers and accompanying teachers at Mts Hidayatul Mubtadiin already understand and have the ability to manage the class quite well in terms of the principles of class management. The teacher has shown a warm and enthusiastic attitude, provides challenges in class, uses variety, provides reinforcement, instills discipline, pays attention to the physical condition of the classroom environment, can design a positive environment for learning, and is a good communicator.
