Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon that there are still some students who are still less effective in the teaching and learning process. Therefore, to improve joint education, it is necessary to improve the operational teaching and learning process that takes place in the classroom. This research aims to determine the implementation of classroom management in increasing the learning effectiveness of class IV students at Mts Hidayatul Mubtadiin, to determine classroom management steps in increasing the learning effectiveness of class IV students at Mts Hidayatul Mubtadiin. This research is a qualitative research. Data collection was carried out by interviews and documentation. This type of qualitative descriptive research is often used to analyze social events, phenomena or situations. The results of the research show that classroom management in improving the learning effectiveness of class IV students at Mts Hidayatul Mubtadiin has been running effectively. Class management steps in increasing the learning effectiveness of class IV students at Mts Hidayatul Mubtadiin are by motivating students, involving students in the learning process, and implementing student discipline.
