Within the Ministry of Religious Affairs, the Madrasa Supervisor is part of the regulatory body that protects Government Regulation No. 19 of 2005. The role of supervision in the teaching and learning process is for madrasa supervisors to play a strategic role in improving the quality of education and facilitating the achievement of national educational goals by teachers in the exercise of their functions. When implementing the teaching and learning process, teachers often encounter difficulties that lead to stagnation and failure, which affects the quality of teaching. The role of principal has a strategic role in providing services to teachers in difficult or whose skills are declining. This study aims to find out the role of supervision of madrasa supervisors in improving the quality of education and implement it at the workplace. The method used is the case study method. A case study is an in-depth study of an individual, group, organization, or program at a specific point in time. The goal is to obtain a complete and detailed description of the identity. About documentation techniques. The collected data was analyzed using a three-step classification analysis approach: data reduction, data presentation, and inference.
