The educational process can be declared quality if it is able to create an active, creative, innovative, and fun learning atmosphere so that educational goals can be achieved properly. This study aims to find out how the implementation of madrasah-based management in improving the quality of graduates at Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) Raden Fatah. This research uses qualitative descriptive research methods. Data collection techniques in the form of observations, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis includes data collection, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study showed that the quality improvement of graduates at Madrsah Tsanawiyah Raden Fatah included: 1) The planning carried out included the preparation of the curriculum of educational units, the preparation of student programs, the preparation of madrasah work plans which included 8 education management standards. 2) In the organizing stage of MTs. Raden Fatah Rambang Niru made the organizational structure of the madrasa, the division of teaching tasks and additional tasks with details of their respective tasks. 3) In the implementation stage of implementing the quality improvement of graduates, it is focused on optimizing teaching and learning activities with efforts including infrastructure, learning tools consisting of curriculum, Annual Programs, Semester Programs, Syllabus and RpP as well as the ability of teachers in learning management and the implementation of school exams in an orderly and directed manner.
