Abstract

This study uses a qualitative method, the data sources in the study consist of the head of the madrasa, deputy head of the madrasa, religion subject teachers, BK teachers, students and documentation of the profile of SMP IT Khazanah Kebajikan Palembang. Collecting data in this research using interview, observation and documentation techniques. Data analysis was carried out through data reduction procedures, data presentation and data verification and drawing conclusions. The results showed that; 1) The role of the SMP IT Khazanah Kebajikan Palembang teacher in the implementation of the hidden curriculum is generally very good where the teacher can act as a facilitator, mentor, motivator, organizer, and resource. 2). The implementation of the hidden curriculum at SMP IT Khazanah Kebajikan Palembang in the fields of worship, morals and social activities has been going well. 3) The purpose of Islamic religious education is not only worldly but also things that are ukhrawi, for that the achievement of the goals of Islamic religious education must be the duty of every Muslim person, especially educators. plays a very important role in the implementation of the hidden curriculum towards the achievement of the goals of Islamic religious education.
