UPAYA KEPALA MADRASAH DALAM MENINGKATKAN MUTU KEGIATAN BELAJAR MENGAJAR DI MADRASAH TSANAWIYAH
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to find out about the efforts of the madrasah head in improving the quality of teaching and learning activities at madrasah tsanawiyah. This study uses a type of research with a qualitative approach. The results of the study show that the Head of MTs Futuhiyyah Cahayamas always strives to improve the quality of teaching and learning, with efforts such as: Always seek teachers according to their respective competencies. Always hold or attend training on the ability to manage KBM. Always provide guidance / motivation to students. Always Strive for adequate learning infrastructure facilities. Always supervise the course of the KBM. Supporting and inhibiting factors in improving the quality of teaching and learning at MTs Futuhiyyah Cahayamas are: Supporting factors in seeking to improve the quality of teaching and learning are as follows: The principal always focuses on his work. There is solid and compact cooperation between the principal, teachers and employees. The inhibiting factors in seeking to improve the quality of teaching and learning are as follows: There are still teachers who lack discipline, such as arriving late to school, late for class. Education funds are relatively minimal.
