ETOS KERJA KEPALA SMP PASUNDAN 7 KOTA BANDUNG
Abstract
The focus of this research is the work ethic of SMP Pasundan 7 Kota Bandung. Its sub-focus is discipline, responsibility, pride in the profession or work and hard-working SMP Pasundan 7 Kota Bandung. The purpose of this research is to find out "The work ethic of SMP Pasundan 7 Kota Bandung school headmaster in 2022-2023”. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study that is a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of words written or spoken from the people and actors observed, directed from an individual's background as a whole (holistic) without isolating the individual and his organization in a variable but looking at it as part of a wholeness. In the data collection techniques in this study various techniques were used, namely interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis procedure used in this study is qualitative analysis.Based on the findings of the analysis and discussion, the results of this study can be concluded that the work ethic of the headmaster SMP Pasundan 7 Kota Bandung, continues to move towards significant improvement. It is clear from the breakthroughs towards something that is towards very innovative improvements, the hard work shown by the headmaster both in working and influencing his subordinates so that the improvement of various aspects in SMP Pasundan 7 Kota Bandung continues to grow rapidly, including the discipline of the headmaster can become a benchmark for the increasing work ethic of SMP Pasundan 7 Kota Bandung. Increasing the work ethic of SMP Pasundan 7 Kota Bandung headmasters continues to increase in accordance with the indicators listed in the concept of a good work ethic, so that in SMP Pasundan 7 Kota Bandung head innovations become a breakthrough that is crucial to the improvement of madrassas towards global competition. Because the school should be a benchmark of character education, of course, with a good work ethic of all school steakholders, especially the work ethic of the headmaster.
