MANAJEMEN SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA DALAM MENINGKATKAN PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM MADRASAH SIROJ ATHO' AL-MANNAN
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze human resource management in educators and education staff at Madrasah Siroj Atho’ Al-Mannan. This research is a qualitative research with a case study method. human resource management starting from planning, organizing, actuating and supervising at Madrasah Siroj Atho’ Al-Mannan , can be maintained and even improved in the future by being bolder in taking their own creations without having to be bound by the curriculum imposed by the government and of course also not violating legal norms that already exists. However smoothly the implementation of the human resource management functions of Madrasah Siroj Atho’ Al-Mannan, in the future will still pay attention to the personality factors, education and work experience of each of these leaders. The school committee participates more actively to support the improvement of educational services for students by involving all elements to provide support in the form of financial, thinking, and personnel in the implementation of education, Madrasah Siroj Atho’ Al-Mannan
