UPAYA GURU DALAM MENINGKATKAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR PESERTA DIDIK MATA PELAJARAN FIQH KELAS XI DI PENDIDIKAN KESETARAAN PONDOK PESANTREN SALAFIYAH TINGKAT ULYA FATKHUL ULUM KECAMATAN MADANG SUKU II KABUPATEN OKU TIMUR TAHUN PELAJARAN 2022/2023

Abstract

Teachers play an important role in increasing student learning motivation so that they have high learning motivation. High learning motivation greatly affects learning outcomes so as to produce maximum learning achievement. Furthermore, the formulation of the problem of this research is how are the efforts of the fiqh teacher in increasing the learning motivation of class XI fiqh students at the Equality Education of the Salafiyah Islamic Boarding School at the Ulya Fatkhul Ulum Level, Madang Suku II District, East OKU Regency? The purpose of this study was to find out the efforts of Islamic law teachers in increasing learning motivation and to examine students' learning motivation in science subjects.While this research is a qualitative research. Data collection was carried out using the method of observation (observation), in-depth interviews, questionnaires (questionnaire) and documentation. Data analysis was performed using triangulation, namely data reduction, data presentation and verification.The results of the research show that the teacher's efforts to increase students' learning motivation in fiqh subjects are carried out in the form of giving praise, prizes, tests and punishments that educate students. These efforts can increase student learning motivation so as to improve student learning outcomes. This research was conducted at the Equality Education of the Salafiyah Islamic Boarding School Level Ulya Fatkhul Ulum, Madang Suku II District, OKU Timur Regency using a population of 25 class XI students.
